Financial Systems Analyst (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end enhancement lifecycle for NetSuite, Stampli, Workiva, and other financial applications.
• Configure roles, permissions, forms, workflows, scripts, saved searches, custom fields, and custom records.
• Document business requirements and translate Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and stakeholder needs into configuration specifications.
• Own ITGC controls, access governance, change management, SDLC documentation, audit coordination, and integration monitoring.
• Map O2C, P2P, R2R, and other financial processes while identifying automation opportunities and designing approval workflows with SoD controls.
• Manage UAT, test scripts, defect tracking, master data governance, and key initiatives involving internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite business analysis or ERP experience.
• Functional expertise across O2C, P2P, and R2R cycles.
• Experience authoring BRDs, IDDs, and FSDs.
• Working knowledge of ITGCs, application controls, segregation of duties, and access control governance.
• Proficiency with NetSuite workflow automation, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom fields, and forms.
• Ability to perform standard NetSuite system configurations independently.
