Senior NetSuite Engineer (ERP): Building and maintaining NetSuite customizations, SuiteScript solutions, and integrations for finance, order management, inventory, and other business-critical systems with an accent on technical governance, release control, production support, and long-term maintainability. Focus on designing SuiteCloud components, diagnosing script and integration failures, reducing technical debt, and strengthening sandbox-to-production delivery practices.

What you will do
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot NetSuite customizations, SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow workflows, custom records, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, RESTlets, and SuiteCloud components.
- Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite, internal systems, external APIs, middleware platforms, finance tools, order management workflows, and inventory processes.
- Own technical governance, including coding standards, reviews, change control, release readiness, sandbox-to-production promotion, and documentation.
- Monitor platform health, script errors, integration failures, scheduled jobs, performance issues, and configuration conflicts.
- Diagnose production incidents, defects, data-flow errors, and technical blockers while supporting L3 escalation and root-cause analysis.
- Identify technical debt and platform risks, create remediation plans, and evaluate the impact of NetSuite releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development or technical engineering experience.
- Strong experience with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x, including Client, User Event, Scheduled, RESTlet, and Map/Reduce scripts.
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk SOAP and REST APIs, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, custom records, forms, fields, roles, permissions, and NetSuite data models.
- Experience building and troubleshooting integrations, managing sandbox-to-production releases, documenting technical changes, and validating post-release results.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite performance, governance limits, script execution, error handling, logging, and operational troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate with Finance, Operations, business analysts, Product and Delivery Managers, Engineering, DevOps, DBA, Infrastructure, Security, and external vendors.
Nice to have
- SuiteCloud Developer certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with SuiteCommerce or SuiteCommerce Advanced in B2B e-commerce.
- Experience with Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar middleware platforms.
- Experience with ERP integrations, finance, order management, inventory, purchasing, warehouse, billing, or revenue processes.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SQL, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Git.
