Maintenance Technician - 2nd or 3rd Shift ($30.38+/hour)

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States; onsite 2nd or 3rd shift

What you will do

• Maintain and repair equipment, factory vehicles, and facility systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical problems.
• Replace or repair damaged components, equipment, and parts.
• Operate cranes, hoists, forklifts, tow motors, tractors, and other facility vehicles safely.
• Review work orders, prioritize tasks, report repair status, and communicate with maintenance personnel.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and assist with training new employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least three years of semi-skilled maintenance experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read safety manuals, blueprints, and work orders and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to lift and manipulate parts or equipment weighing up to 35 pounds and work in standing, crouching, climbing, and confined-space conditions.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in Electromechanical Technology or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of welding, metal fabrication, or technical equipment.
