Director of Strategic Communication & External Engagement (Healthcare)

Location: Basking Ridge, New Jersey, United States; ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 20% of the time.

Salary: USD 201,840–302,760 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute Global Business Development’s external engagement strategy in alignment with corporate and external innovation priorities.
• Plan and lead Partnering Days, ecosystem immersions, executive engagements, strategic events, sponsorships, memberships, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Create executive presentations, key messages, leadership communications, and multi-channel internal communications for targeted audiences.
• Build the reputation of hirify.global as a partner of choice within the innovation ecosystem and partner with Corporate Communications on enterprise messaging.
• Lead learning, capability-building, onboarding, communities of practice, lunch-and-learns, and educational programs for Global Business Development.
• Develop change management plans, support new operating models and globalization initiatives, engage stakeholders across regions, and measure organizational adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 10 or more years of related communications experience.
• Proven experience developing content for print, email, web, social media, PowerPoint, video, and other communication channels.
• Experience working across regions in a globally diverse, multinational company.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

• Experience with change management initiatives and colleague engagement strategies.
• Healthcare communications experience.
• Familiarity with corporate branding guidelines and healthcare communications best practices.
