Senior Manager, Internal Communications (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the continental United States

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 base salary per year, plus equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, agenda, content, and speaker preparation for All Hands, OKR updates, offsites, and other company-wide forums.
• Partner with executive leaders and external PR to align internal and external messaging during organizational changes.
• Build communication frameworks, calendars, sequencing processes, and resources that improve clarity across the organization.
• Embed with clinical teams to understand their audiences, roadmaps, challenges, and communication needs.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to integrate communications into initiative planning and manage cognitive load for frontline teams.
• Draft key messages and serve as an editorial thought partner across multiple stakeholders and communication channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, strategic operations, or executive communications.
• Healthcare or clinical-environment experience is preferred.
• Clear, direct verbal and written communication skills, using plain language instead of corporate jargon.
• Confidence challenging senior leaders and identifying unclear, buried, or ineffective messaging.
• Empathy and experience writing for diverse audiences in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Strong systems thinking, organization, attention to detail, and experience managing calendars and multi-channel rollouts.
