Senior Manager, Internal Communications (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the continental United States

Base salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year, plus equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the content strategy, agendas, and speaker preparation for All Hands, OKR updates, company offsites, and other company-wide forums.
• Partner with executive leadership and external PR on company-wide change management and alignment between internal and external messaging.
• Develop communication frameworks, calendars, resources, and channel guidelines for sequencing updates clearly and effectively.
• Embed with the clinical organization to understand its audiences, roadmap, challenges, and communication needs.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to build communication into initiative planning and manage the sequencing of rollouts.
• Draft key messages, advise leaders on framing and tone, and improve communication rhythms and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, strategic operations, or executive communications, ideally in healthcare or a clinical environment.
• Clear, direct verbal and written communication skills with a preference for plain language.
• Confidence to challenge senior leaders and identify unclear or buried messages.
• Empathy and experience writing for diverse audiences in a fast-paced professional setting.
• Systems-thinking skills, including the ability to develop templates, frameworks, and communication principles.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing calendars and multi-channel rollouts.
