2nd Shift Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Lakeville, Minnesota, United States; primarily in a production and/or warehouse setting

Salary: $78,114–$97,642 annually, plus an annual incentive plan

What you will do

• Supervise production personnel across manufacturing operations.
• Implement operational strategies covering safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost, and profitability.
• Monitor machine and labor efficiency metrics and guide production associates toward scorecard objectives.
• Support capacity planning to meet internal and external customer on-time-delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Provide technical support, resolve order problems or complaints, and support staffing, training, employee relations, and performance management.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing policies, standards, procedures, technologies, and process optimization methods.
• Knowledge of worker, environmental, and site safety requirements and regulations.
• Understanding of daily operations and strategic requirements for managing a manufacturing plant or facility.
• Frequent walking and standing; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds and travel required.
