Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Jefferson City, Tennessee, United States; onsite, full-time, second shift

Salary: $73,200.00–$117,800.00 per year

What you will do

• Lead one or two production areas or processes and support manufacturing teams in union and non-union environments.
• Plan and facilitate work to meet production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives.
• Coach team members, provide performance feedback, and support employee development.
• Investigate process and product nonconformances, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Lead process changes, Kaizen events, 5S activities, value stream mapping, and standard-work initiatives.
• Maintain production records and coordinate with maintenance, continuous improvement, and value stream teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with at least three years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to plan and organize projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment in Jefferson City, Tennessee.
• Ability to work safely around noise, dust, moving machinery, temperature fluctuations, extended standing, repetitive motions, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
