Product Manager, Data-Enterprise (AI)

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota, United States. Relocation assistance is available. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $188,251–$230,084 annually, including base pay and eligible variable incentive pay.

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for enterprise data products supporting Finance, HR, IT, and Legal.
• Manage the cross-domain data product portfolio across creation, investment, delivery, maintenance, and retirement.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Platform teams to build scalable, secure, interoperable, and discoverable data products.
• Track adoption, usage, cost-to-serve, cycle time, ROI, and data contract compliance using Outcome-Driven Metrics and FinOps.
• Embed governance, AI risk reviews, data quality, metadata, lineage, observability, and formal data contracts into the product lifecycle.
• Engage senior business and technical leaders, build investment cases, and lead data literacy and operating model transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, or Data Science.
• At least eight years of experience in data product management, data strategy, or analytics leadership.
• Experience delivering data-driven solutions for Finance, HR, IT, and/or Legal operations.
• Strong understanding of data products, domain ownership, data mesh, data contracts, value streams, and Outcome-Driven Metrics.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms, DataOps, CI/CD, governance, AI risk, FinOps, and data lifecycle management.
• United States work authorization without employment visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading product owners, analysts, or engineers and managing cross-domain portfolios.
• Knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Glue, Lake Formation, Power BI, dbt, data marketplaces, and data catalogs.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, change management, business cases, and C-level presentations.
