Senior Product Manager (AI/Data)

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision and strategy for complex enterprise data foundation products through the product development lifecycle.
• Build and manage multi-quarter product roadmaps based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Lead collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, merchants, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Use data analysis and AI capabilities to evaluate product performance, validate assumptions, and guide decisions.
• Identify innovation opportunities, improve product practices, and increase operational efficiency and adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience leading enterprise data products from strategy through execution and adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with 5 years of product management experience, or 7 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience defining product vision, multi-quarter roadmaps, KPIs, and outcome-driven strategies.
• Technical proficiency in BigQuery, SQL, Python, APIs, ETL/ELT, scalable data architecture, modeling, governance, and lineage.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and improving data quality, automation, decision intelligence, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven ownership of the end-to-end product development lifecycle for complex data foundation products.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
