Senior Product Manager - Data Strategy

What you will do

• Craft a multi-year data product vision and roadmap for the Operations domain, covering Returns, Store Ops, and Customer Orders.
• Define how operational data is governed, unified, and made available for self-service decision-making.
• Set direction on build-versus-buy decisions, platform consolidation, domain modeling, medallion architecture, and other technical tradeoffs with engineering leadership.
• Present data strategy, technical complexity, and investment cases to executive leadership at the CSCO, EVP, and SVP levels.
• Prioritize high-leverage data capabilities and shape analytical AI products such as forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive automation.
• Build alignment across Product, Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, and business stakeholders while mentoring product managers and analysts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including substantial experience in data strategy, data platforms, or enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to set a multi-year vision and strategy for a data domain and influence decisions across large, matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data architecture, including GCP, BigQuery, Looker, and medallion architecture.
• Strong understanding of data governance, domain modeling, self-service enablement, and analytical AI or machine learning use cases.
• Excellent strategic writing, presentation, communication, and executive influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or an advanced degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with dimensional modeling or schema design.
• Experience shipping or scoping forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendation, or decisioning systems based on governed enterprise data.
