Clinical Lab Assistant - Phlebotomist - Full Time - Offsite Lab - Experience Required

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States; onsite work across offsite labs, draw stations, and inpatient phlebotomy areas.

What you will do

• Collect, receive, sort, and distribute specimens to the appropriate technical departments.
• Perform blood draws using proper technique and ensure accurate patient identification.
• Register patients and enter patient information and laboratory orders into information systems.
• Centrifuge, label, store, retrieve, and prepare specimens for testing.
• Build worklists, aliquot and measure specimens, and check specimen integrity.
• Document quality exceptions and maintain competency in phlebotomy procedures and protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous phlebotomy experience required.
• One to three years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
