What you will do

• Coordinate Airports-related training content across curriculum development, training, and standards teams.
• Partner with subject matter experts to keep courseware, computer-based training, instructor guides, assessments, and forms aligned with the current Station Operations Manual.
• Track and integrate manual revisions and procedural updates into training materials.
• Communicate policy and procedure changes to active Airport Team Members.
• Develop and deliver training content while validating operational accuracy, class fit, clarity, and regulatory alignment.
• Support FAA submissions, version control, gap resolution, and timely completion of training updates.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of experience in airport training, airport standards, airport operations within a Part 121 environment, or a comparable adult-learning environment.
• Experience with FAA-approved training programs, including revision submissions or validation activities.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, adult learning principles, and professional use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage concurrent updates, maintain accuracy and version control, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Must pass a TSA-required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check.
