Digital Learning & Development Manager

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the digital learning ecosystem.
• Manage the LMS, learning technology landscape, digital content strategy, learning analytics, reporting, and vendor partnerships.
• Design and develop e-learning, microlearning, video-based learning, assessments, and interactive learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design best practices, adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and modern learning methodologies.
• Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, L&D colleagues, and external vendors to deliver enterprise-level learning initiatives.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness, engagement, adoption, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, leadership development, instructional design, e-learning, learning technology, or a related area.
• Proven experience designing and developing end-to-end digital learning solutions and managing an LMS ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent development practices.
• Leadership experience, including setting priorities, coaching others, and driving accountability.
• Experience managing learning vendors and leading enterprise-level learning technology initiatives.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline 360 and Rise, is required; Workday LMS and Synthesia experience are preferred.

• Experience developing learning dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
