Title Express Learning & Development Specialist

Location: Hybrid role for candidates residing within the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area, with onsite work required as business needs require. Primarily local travel within the metroplex and occasional domestic travel, up to 10%.

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, eLearning, multimedia, and blended learning programs.
• Translate operational procedures, policies, and system enhancements into learner-centered curricula, onboarding programs, role-based learning paths, and certification initiatives.
• Produce instructional videos, demonstrations, simulations, scenario-based learning, graphics, job aids, facilitator guides, and quick-reference resources.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training, onboarding, workshops, webinars, refresher sessions, and Train the Trainer programs.
• Use Microsoft Forms and learning management systems to administer assessments, surveys, and evaluations, and analyze training metrics.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to manage content governance, support change initiatives, and continuously improve learning solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, human resources, communications, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
• Three or more years of experience designing and developing corporate learning programs.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training.
• Strong written communication and curriculum development skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Microsoft Forms, LMS platforms, video editing software, eLearning authoring tools, AI-assisted content development, and virtual learning platforms.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of instructional design experience.
• Experience with operational, corporate, or enterprise-level learning environments.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives.
• CPTD, APTD, ATD Instructional Design, Kirkpatrick, Prosci, MOS, Articulate Storyline, or Adobe certifications.
