Maintenance & Facilities Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Casa Grande, Arizona, USA; onsite

What you will do

• Oversee facilities engineering resources, utilities, infrastructure, and plant equipment reliability.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, facility upgrades, manufacturing expansion, and modernization initiatives.
• Lead maintenance and facilities personnel, work planning, scheduling, performance metrics, and departmental budgets.
• Lead the site’s Total Productive Maintenance program, including predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate contractors, engineering teams, and vendors while maintaining facility readiness for customer, regulatory, and aerospace quality audits.
• Perform root cause failure analysis and improve spare parts management and maintenance planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in an industrial maintenance or facilities environment.
• Experience implementing predictive and preventive maintenance programs in manufacturing.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, capital projects, and facility operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CMMS software.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, qualifying temporary resident, refugee, or person granted asylum.
