Maintenance Team Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Full-time onsite at the Painesville, Ohio facility; the role supports the Engineered Films Plant in Concord, Ohio.

Salary: $75,300–$112,448 per year.

What you will do

• Plan and direct maintenance activities supporting manufacturing operations.
• Resolve safety, quality, and production issues while minimizing unplanned maintenance downtime.
• Maintain high operational readiness through preventive maintenance planning and emergency response processes.
• Develop and implement the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system and related TPR initiatives.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS, continuous improvement, and 5S activities.
• Assign maintenance projects focused on reducing equipment downtime and operating costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering leadership.
• Experience developing, implementing, and assessing a TPM program.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including drives, PLC logic, and motor controls.
• Proficiency with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of maintenance inventory procedures, data analysis, and trend analysis.
• Ability to coach and motivate others, collaborate effectively, and resolve conflicts.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Exposure to Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
