Maintenance Facilities Supervisor

Location: Georgetown, Texas, United States; onsite

Schedule: Full-time dayshift role with responsibility for after-hours calls during weekdays and weekends when needed. Multiple shifts are being recruited, including day and night schedules across Sunday–Wednesday and Wednesday–Saturday.

What you will do

• Lead and support maintenance staff through coaching, feedback, team building, and succession planning.
• Maintain maintenance KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, preventive-maintenance completion, downtime, slack-time, and project-status reporting.
• Schedule repairs and preventive-maintenance activities with production leadership.
• Manage inventory minimum and maximum levels and coordinate mechanical contractors for equipment rebuilds.
• Review and improve standard operating procedures to increase maintenance performance.
• Manage continuous-improvement initiatives and capital projects.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent education and experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience, including maintenance leadership experience.
• Required experience with automation and robotic recovery, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HVAC-R, cooling towers, electrical systems up to 480 VAC three-phase, motor controls, building and electrical codes, and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive and predictive maintenance, employee portal systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
