Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; onsite. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Relocation is available. Travel is not required.

Salary: $73,600–$117,900 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Identify opportunities and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance practices to improve equipment uptime and production availability.
• Develop, implement, and oversee predictive and preventive maintenance programs, procedures, schedules, and training.
• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis and implement corrective solutions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
• Use technology, plant IIoT, connectivity, and Connected Operations to monitor and improve equipment and processes.
• Analyze repair, rebuild, replacement, spare-parts, and equipment-reliability decisions.
• Lead cross-functional Rapid Improvement Teams and support maintenance goals, KPIs, TPM, planning, and workforce capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred; completed apprenticeship or Journeyman status may be considered.
• At least five years of maintenance experience with emphasis on predictive and proactive practices.
• Proficiency with computer applications, CAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Failure Analysis, and TPM.
• Maintenance reliability training or certification and the ability to work effectively across organizational groups.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Electrical, digital infrastructure, and PLC experience.
• Experience in a union manufacturing facility.
• Oracle or similar CMMS experience.
• Project management training, Lean Six Sigma experience, Power BI, Ignition, or AL experience.
