Associate Account Supervisor (Healthcare Marketing)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day client communication and provide strategic guidance across integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage project intake, scope, timelines, execution, and concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate creative, strategy, production, and compliance teams to deliver on-brief, high-quality work.
• Facilitate client meetings, present work, synthesize feedback, and guide messaging and visual direction.
• Oversee compliance with CMS Medicare guidelines, including disclaimers, plan details, mandated language, plain language, and accessibility standards.
• Mentor junior team members and improve workflows, documentation, feedback processes, and internal training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or advertising.
• Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry; Medicare Advantage experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
• Experience developing creative briefs, presentations, and client-ready materials.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude.
