Sr Account Manager - MedMal

What you will do

• Manage moderately complex commercial property and casualty accounts from onboarding through renewals.
• Develop consultative relationships with customers and prospects and create service plans aligned with business and risk management goals.
• Market accounts, prepare coverage and product recommendations, proposals, insurance summaries, and renewal materials.
• Analyze client needs, coverage forms, quotations, and loss exposures to recommend appropriate coverage.
• Respond to customer and underwriter requests and maintain accurate records in agency and document management systems.
• Provide technical support and work direction to program managers, account executives, and less experienced staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of insurance experience.
• Experience managing moderately complex commercial property and casualty accounts.
• Property and casualty and/or appropriate business licensure required for direct client service or underwriting.
• High school diploma or graduate equivalent degree.
• Strong customer relationship management, marketing, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
