Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Introducing hirify.global's cutting-edge AI productivity SaaS solution to healthcare organizations and securing strategic deals with health systems, hospitals, and payor organizations, with an accent on navigating complex healthcare procurement cycles, designing innovative sales strategies, and identifying new use cases for AI in healthcare. Focus on driving deployment of emerging AI products and advancing the ethical development of AI in healthcare.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (expected in office at least 25% of the time). Visa sponsorship available.

Salary: $290,000 - $360,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Win new business and drive revenue within the healthcare industry, focusing on health systems, hospitals, and payor organizations.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to healthcare procurement cycles to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
  • Spearhead market expansion by identifying new AI use cases within clinical departments, care management teams, and administrative offices.
  • Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from healthcare users, conveying market needs.
  • Continuously refine the healthcare sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, with demonstrated success covering health systems, hospitals, and/or payor organizations.
  • Track record of managing complex sales cycles within healthcare organizations and securing strategic deals.
  • Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within healthcare procurement frameworks.
  • Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in the healthcare sector.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points.
  • Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications in healthcare.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Must be able to work in one of the San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY offices at least 25% of the time.
