Registered Nurse - Med/Surg - Part Time (12 hours/week) - Days

Location: 603 S Chestnut St, Ellensburg, Washington, USA; primarily day shifts.

Salary: $44.70–$79.60 per hour, based on applicable experience. Shift differentials apply for evenings, nights, and weekends.

What you will do

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise professional and ancillary personnel.
• Assess patient and family education needs and support health maintenance or recovery after discharge.
• Coordinate nursing and medical plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
• Float to other hospital departments as patient needs require.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current Washington State RN license required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• Professional commitment to quality care, leadership, and continued development.
• Part-time schedule of 12 hours per week, primarily days; FTE 0.3.

Nice to have

• One to two years of clinical experience in an appropriate nursing area.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• PEARS certification.
