What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and supervise project site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trade employees, and material deliveries.
• Implement and enforce corporate safety, quality, and production programs.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and monitor compliance.
• Manage project documentation, including daily reports, as-built drawings, and RFI information.
• Collaborate on CPM schedules and prepare look-ahead schedules to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Detroit, Michigan, United States.
• Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of diverse supervisory experience in construction.
• Advanced understanding of production methods, construction processes, and cost control.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and mobile devices (smartphone/tablet).
