What you will do

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC, process piping, plumbing, and utility construction activities.
• Develop look-ahead schedules, manpower forecasts, installation sequences, and daily coordination plans.
• Direct craft foremen and mechanical subcontractors while coordinating work with other trades.
• Verify installation quality, materials, equipment availability, safety compliance, and field productivity.
• Prepare QA/QC checklists, inspections, turnover documentation, commissioning readiness checks, and mechanical sign-offs.
• Resolve field issues with senior superintendents, engineers, planning teams, and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of mechanical construction experience.
• Required experience in life science, food and beverage, and/or mission-critical or data center environments.
• Experience supervising mechanical subcontractors and foremen.
• Strong familiarity with HVAC, piping, plumbing, and utility system installations.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, BIM 360, and Bluebeam.
• QA/QC experience is highly preferred; OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
