Regional Leasing Specialist (Student Housing)

Location: 100% onsite at the Chicago corporate office, United States. Periodic travel may be required. Daytime business hours apply, with additional non-traditional hours during peak periods and emergencies.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 USD per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and support the leasing process for assigned student housing communities.
• Implement sales initiatives with sales communications and marketing teams to maximize occupancy.
• Execute concession and rate strategies, assess market conditions, and communicate current and upcoming specials.
• Manage prospect follow-up through calls, AI handoffs, text messages, emails, and incoming calls as needed.
• Track leasing KPIs, host sales performance calls, and provide pricing insights to leadership.
• Maintain lead management policies, audit lead pools, use business intelligence tools, and monitor AI platform functionality.

Requirements

• Strong business and sales acumen with analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in student housing or multifamily real estate is preferred.
• Experience with lead management and text and email communication platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency with property management systems; Entrata experience is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
