Sales Specialist (Senior Housing)

Location: 10000 W O’hare Ave, Chicago, IL 60666, USA; onsite, full-time

Salary: $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide sales and marketing support through lead generation, inquiry follow-up, and sales closing.
• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours for prospective residents and their families.
• Work toward call-out, first-touch, deposit, move-in, occupancy, and revenue targets.
• Create and implement community events that attract prospective residents and family members.
• Lead uncertain sales opportunities and coach colleagues on next steps and strategies.
• Prepare site visit reports every ten days and participate in review, huddle, and admissions problem-solving sessions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience in the senior housing industry.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver's license.
• Detail-oriented approach and strong follow-through.
• Outgoing communication style with residents, families, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn different software applications.
