SP/Bond Operator

What you will do

• Read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Record production data and transactions in real time using routers and RF Smart handheld scanners.
• Verify product dimensions and tolerances with protractors, scales, calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
• Inspect and set up hand and power tools, including band saws, routers, air sanders, cookie cutters, and hand sanders.
• Train and operate production equipment such as roll formers, heated platen presses, IR ovens, arc expanders, table routers, drill presses, die presses, ply-cutters, and saws as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least six months of experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to become or remain an active Quality Delegate.
• Experience with small hand and power tools is advantageous.
• Experience with handheld scanners, MRP systems, or inventory control systems is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, qualifying temporary resident, refugee, or person granted asylum.
