Composite Cell Operator

Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite position. U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

What you will do

• Prepare materials and operate pre-molding, molding, and press equipment.
• Prepare molds, troubleshoot press alarms and molding issues, and initiate corrective actions.
• Degate, waterjet, finish, visually inspect, and assemble composite parts and components.
• Perform dimensional inspections using contact and non-contact systems such as CMM and OGP, along with non-destructive testing.
• Complete warehouse functions for finished-part receipts, issues, kitting, and final packing.
• Maintain equipment, work areas, quality records, certifications, and production standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 months of thermoplastic molding experience within the last five years, or qualifying experience at pay Grade 9 or higher.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings, assembly drawings, work instructions, and company requirements independently.
• Knowledge of mechanical and inspection tools, including micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with team members, auditors, support functions, and customers.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR requirements.
