Production Specialist (Wire Bond) | 1st Shift

Location: Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite production role

What you will do

• Perform precision wire bonding on electronic components used in crystal oscillator assembly.
• Set up and operate specialized wire bonding equipment.
• Inspect finished work against quality standards.
• Record production and inspection data.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• Must be eligible under U.S. export-control requirements by providing proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual classification.
• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform basic computer, math, and reading tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintain reliable attendance, and wear required PPE.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 10 pounds and perform required standing, reaching, handling, hearing, and visual activities.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating precision equipment or wire bonding machines.
• Technical certificate or associate degree in electronics or a related field.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Precision-focused hobbies such as sewing, crocheting, cross-stitching, or jewelry making.
