Synthetic Finishing Associate - 3rd Shift

Location: Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 6:45 AM

What you will do

• Set up, trim, finish, and rework synthetic parts on appropriate equipment.
• Set up and operate large laser cutting machines and an automated inscription machine.
• Load and unload ovens, pull flash, cut vents, count parts, and rinse and bag parts.
• Inspect parts during production and at final inspection using various measuring devices.
• Follow SPC procedures, quality requirements, and environmental, health, and safety protocols.
• Record production activities and complete labor and material transactions in SAP.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings, prints, work instructions, and company documents.
• Ability to maintain annual QC certification and comply with the ISO 9000 Quality Policy.
• Ability to push, grasp, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements while alternating between sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. without mechanical lifting devices and wear required personal protective equipment.
• U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.
