What you will do
- Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and industrial electrical maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks independently.
- Read electrical and hydraulic schematics and hard-copy PLC programs.
- Use measuring instruments and hand tools to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Communicate with supervisors and upper management as needed.
- Identify and implement lean and continuous improvement actions.
Requirements
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of hydraulic systems and industrial electrical equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, and PLC programs.
- Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to follow supervisor instructions and all safety, GMP, housekeeping, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Work only with equipment for which proper training and authorization have been provided.
