Maintenance Tech (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Donna, Texas, United States. Onsite position requiring availability for any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Salary: $23.46–$25.94 per hour, depending on experience. Annual bonus based on plant performance metrics.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain plant equipment and facilities to increase productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
• Respond urgently to machine downtime events.
• Complete in-house equipment-specific maintenance training and attend external training when required.
• Follow safety and company policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.

Requirements

• At least three years of industrial maintenance experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, AC/DC electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems, as well as industrial equipment drawings.
• Basic computer skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced process environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide basic hand tools.

Nice to have

• Technical degree or comparable experience repairing industrial machinery.
• Experience in the corrugated or packaging industry.
