Implementation Lead (AI)

Location: Brooklyn, NY; based in the NYC area for occasional in-person collaboration

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

hirify.global is partnering with a growing AI engagement platform startup serving healthcare and expanding into additional industries.

What you will do

• Lead client implementations from discovery through delivery and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Manage project communications, status updates, timelines, dependencies, risks, and coordination across internal and external teams.
• Run discovery sessions and implementation workshops to identify client goals, processes, requirements, and pain points.
• Translate business and functional requirements into workflows and determine how the platform fits into existing customer environments.
• Identify implementation gaps and risks, recommend solutions, and navigate ambiguous or challenging client situations.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Support, leadership, and Go-to-Market teams while supporting product development, process improvement, and client adoption.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting, professional services, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience implementing AI solutions and knowledge of cloud solutions.
• Strong experience managing external stakeholders and leading complex client relationships.
• Experience gathering requirements, understanding business processes, and translating needs into functional workflows.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating with technical or development teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, independent project leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, EMR/EHR, or other complex enterprise software environments.
• Healthcare technology experience and knowledge of privacy, security, compliance, and HIPAA.
• Experience working in a small, fast-moving organization and building processes from the ground up.
