Solutions Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the Seattle area, with 2–3 days per week of on-site presence with clients. Applicants must be based in the Seattle area or be open to relocating there. Travel is required twice per year for company summits.

Salary: $130K–$200K annually, plus equity and bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand desired business outcomes and translate them into actionable engineering direction.
• Act as the technical product manager for client accounts, defining what should be built, why it matters, and how success will be measured.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver custom software, data, AI, and machine learning solutions.
• Challenge unclear or low-value requests and clarify the underlying business problem before work begins.
• Coordinate project planning, delivery, budgets, forecasts, workstreams, and deliverables.
• Refine project management processes, tooling, and automation while maintaining alignment with client and company goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project, program, and/or product management experience leading technology initiatives for mid- to large-size customers.
• Hands-on experience working with or deploying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Strong technical literacy in system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and ML model deployment.
• Experience delivering custom-built software and data solutions with measurable business impact.
• Domain expertise in energy, utilities, real estate, logistics, climate, or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, modern software development practices, and complex multi-stakeholder delivery.
