Deployment Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco metropolitan area; in-person work 5 days a week in the office. Candidates must be located in the area or be open to relocation.

Salary: $180,000–$300,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Own client relationships from discovery and scoping through deployment and long-term collaboration.
• Represent hirify.global with CEOs, CMOs, and other senior client stakeholders.
• Configure tailored analyses and deliver simulation-driven insights and client-ready outputs.
• Execute complex deliverables independently and at speed, translating rough direction into clear workstreams.
• Coordinate engineering, product, and commercial teams to keep deployments on track.
• Identify and scope new engagement opportunities across industries.

Requirements

• 2+ years at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or in strategic operations at a high-growth startup.
• Experience owning workstreams or client relationships rather than only providing support.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data and communicate findings clearly in writing and in person.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations, identify issues early, and deliver without close supervision.
• Willingness to work fully in person in San Francisco, five days a week in the office.
• Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available.

Nice to have

• Multilingual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python or familiarity with AI tools and complex software.
• Technology or engineering background.
• Experience implementing and executing projects across long timescales.
• Traditional market research and consumer insights experience, including survey design, focus groups, quantitative or qualitative analysis, and syndicated data sources.
