Technology Implementation Lead (AI)

Salary: $106,900–$147,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Execute daily operations for the enterprise device provisioning program and track performance against service levels and operational targets.
• Manage device forecasting, inventory levels, procurement activities, peripheral fulfillment, and order execution.
• Coordinate device redeployment, asset recovery, returns processing, and inventory control to improve asset utilization and reduce waste.
• Track inventory expenditures, supplier service costs, and operational metrics to support budget management and cost control.
• Develop automated workflows, operational reports, performance dashboards, and forecasting improvements using Excel, automation technologies, and AI-powered solutions.
• Coordinate with Technology, Procurement, Finance, HR, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in technology operations, device provisioning, inventory management, service delivery, supply chain operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, asset lifecycle management, operational processes, process improvement, workflow optimization, data analysis, and operational reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting and analytics tools, dashboarding platforms, automation technologies, and AI-powered solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, monitor operational performance, and drive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
