Alliance Cancer Specialists is an oncology practice within hirify.global providing cancer care and pharmacy services.

What you will do

  • Direct daily pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, patient safety, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide clinical consultation to physicians and healthcare providers on oncology medications and treatment regimens.
  • Develop and monitor pharmacy policies, quality assurance initiatives, safety programs, and process improvements.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, purchasing, inventory control, drug utilization, dispensing, billing, and charging procedures.
  • Monitor drug regulations, shortages, recalls, and industry developments.
  • Hire, mentor, evaluate, and train pharmacists and pharmacy technicians while supporting collaboration with clinical and administrative leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
  • Current pharmacist license in the state of practice.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a registered pharmacist.
  • At least 2 years of pharmacy leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • At least 5 years of pharmacy-setting experience, including IV admixture.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, compliance requirements, and operational management.

Nice to have

  • Oncology pharmacy experience.
  • Pharmacy management experience in a specialty or ambulatory care setting.
  • Experience with pharmacoeconomic analysis, disease management programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
