Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Operations (Oncology)

What you will do

• Direct pharmacy operations across the United Urology Group network and support strategic planning with pharmacy leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve in-office dispensing operations.
• Analyze regulatory changes and operational best practices, including USP 795, 797, and 800 requirements.
• Evaluate and implement pharmacy technologies, quality assurance programs, and operational improvements.
• Coordinate with Cencora and practice teams on drug shortages, shipments, and in-office dispensing initiatives.
• Serve as a pharmacy operations and oncology drug subject matter expert, supporting committees, education programs, and clinical and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• At least two years of oncology experience required.
• Current unrestricted pharmacist license required.
• Knowledge of cancer medications, dosing, indications, contraindications, administration, pharmacy benefits billing, and accreditation standards.
• Knowledge of retail pharmacy and in-office dispensing procedures, clinic operations, and USP 795, 797, and 800.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Current board certification in Pharmacotherapy or Oncology, or plans to sit for certification within two years.
• Experience with Flatiron Health OncoEMR.
