Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 7855 SW HWY 200, Ocala, Florida 34476, United States

Annual salary: $112,000–$197,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Provide patient care by processing and accurately dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and delivering pharmacy programs.
• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including prescription procedures, insurance and licensure issues, HIPAA, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance.
• Lead and develop pharmacy associates through hiring, training, mentoring, delegation, feedback, and performance recognition.
• Oversee inventory flow, ordering, merchandise presentation, pricing, stock levels, and facility inventory processes.
• Manage budgets and interpret financial data, revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities, and market trends.
• Implement patient-safety, compliance, loss-prevention, and corrective-action initiatives while promoting transparent reporting of errors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Work must be performed at the Ocala, Florida pharmacy location in the United States.
