Sr. Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Services Pharmacist (Oncology)

What you will do

• Review practice-changing oncology publications and emerging clinical data to support pathway maintenance and clinical decision-making.
• Provide drug information and clinical guidance on oncology pharmacotherapy to practice staff and corporate teams.
• Manage daily operations for the research and standard-of-care regimen build teams, including workload prioritization, training, and performance management.
• Perform regimen reviews and builds and support corporate regimen maintenance across the hirify.global network.
• Coordinate with practice-level pharmacy staff to maintain consistency in regimen builds and therapeutic interchange implementation.
• Maintain standardized documentation, clinical protocols, and Flatiron Assist updates while escalating clinical or operational issues when appropriate.

Requirements

• PharmD degree and a current, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Minimum two years of oncology pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of oncology medications, including dosing, side effects, indications, and contraindications.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows in a community oncology setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and independent decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Flatiron Health OncoEMR; attendance is an essential job function.

Nice to have

• Previous management experience.
• Board certification in pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or oncology (BCOP).
• Experience with Flatiron Health OncoEMR.
