Compensation: Up to $39.00 per hour starting pay based on experience, plus a $2.00 night shift differential from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM. A $10,000 cash bonus is paid after a 12-month commitment, with $5,000 after six months and $5,000 after 12 months.

What you will do
- Assign, lead, direct, and approve the work of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians.
- Perform and oversee aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations, the General Maintenance Manual, and company procedures.
- Communicate aircraft status with Maintenance Operations Control and notify leadership of conditions affecting airworthiness.
- Complete maintenance forms, inspection records, open-discrepancy updates, corrective-action documentation, and OJT task cards.
- Handle aircraft parts, assemblies, tooling, and equipment properly while maintaining a safe and orderly work area.
- Meet operational performance standards and support maintenance activities assigned by leadership, MOC, or the Director of Maintenance.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License with no history of infractions and recent commercial aircraft experience.
- At least five years of commercial aviation maintenance experience.
- Ability to interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications, use Microsoft Office, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
- Authorization to work in the United States, a valid passport without travel restrictions, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge.
- Fluent English and willingness to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel approximately 20% of the time.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of FAA regulations, including FAR Part 121 operations.
- Experience maintaining Airbus A220 or Embraer E-Jet family aircraft.
- Experience with an airline Maintenance Information System such as TRAX.
- Degree in aerospace, aviation maintenance, or business.
