Aircraft Repair Tech Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States; onsite at the hirify.global location five days a week.

Salary: $6,511.62–$10,744.16 USD per month.

What you will do

• Monitor aircraft repair vendor performance against commitments, quality, and reliability requirements.
• Review technical repair orders and perform detailed analytics, particularly for high-value and complex aircraft components.
• Manage repair vendors to ensure reliable, high-quality outcomes.
• Apply aircraft maintenance procedures and interpret technical documentation.
• Perform contract administration, negotiation, and project leadership activities.
• Maintain constant alertness and work safely in a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or aerospace discipline.
• Current A&P licenses required.
• Five years of related experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.
• PMO or project leadership experience.
• Experience with problem solving, QDM, or Lean methodologies.
• Contract administration and negotiation experience.
