Aircraft Maintenance Mech

Location: USA-WI-Corporate Headquarters; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance, minor inspections, DOC inspections, and pre- and post-flight inspections on Gulfstream G280 and G550 aircraft.
• Complete weekly checks, lubrication, cleaning, corrosion prevention, paint-chip treatment, and landing-gear and wheel-well maintenance.
• Use CAMP and aircraft maintenance programs to determine required work in accordance with FAA standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and Senior Maintenance Technician to close discrepancies and keep aircraft records current.
• Perform towing, fueling, taxiing, and maintenance coordination, including scheduling maintenance flights and communicating cost or schedule changes.
• Complete preventive maintenance before major inspections and attend Flight Safety International training toward Master Technician status.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years of aircraft maintenance and inspection experience with corporate or private aircraft.
• Basic Airframe & Powerplant License required.
• Basic computer and internet skills for accessing electronic manuals, drawings, and reference materials.
• Ability to interpret technical, safety, maintenance, mathematical, and diagram-based instructions and prepare routine reports.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Milwaukee Mitchell badging and airport taxi certification; personal ordinary tools are required.
