Operations Manager - Temporary (Retail)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; onsite retail store role

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage store operations, policies, procedures, facilities, expenses, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product flow in a high-volume retail environment.
• Lead operational staff, manage people resources, set expectations, and hold employees accountable.
• Train store staff on technology, operational procedures, and store standards.
• Partner with the General Manager and cross-functional teams on annual budgets and operational priorities.
• Support customer experience initiatives and special events with PR and Marketing partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of stock or operations-related experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform extended periods of standing, bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and other physical store duties.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
