What you will do

• Conduct structural and utilities assessments for new production machine installations.
• Project timelines, identify risks, and optimize construction strategies for business value.
• Develop unified construction strategies, service catalogs, and installation routes.
• Manage vendors to support timely and efficient construction execution.
• Coordinate multiple teams and oversee construction activities end to end.
• Maintain quality and safety throughout the construction process.

Requirements

• Experience with structural and utilities installation, planning, and project coordination.
• Understanding of piping and instrumentation for production machine installations.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating multiple teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Ability to work at the Alce Blanco Plant in Naucalpan de Juarez, Estado de México.

Nice to have

• Background in Civil Engineering or a related field.
