What you will do
- Apply health and safety practices and ensure projects are executed in a safe, risk-controlled environment.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee consistent execution.
- Manage external vendors and contractors for construction and moving services.
- Oversee civil construction for office modifications and new-site preparation.
- Coordinate dependencies with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to minimize disruptions.
- Report milestones, project status, budget performance, risks, issues, and scope changes to leadership.
Requirements
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance.
- Experience coordinating project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution.
- Ability to manage vendors, contractors, procurement processes, and vendor evaluations.
- Knowledge of local regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Ability to identify and resolve project risks, issues, and scope changes.
