Construction Project Executive

Location: Fort Lauderdale, United States; regular work across outdoor construction sites and uneven job-site surfaces.

What you will do

• Lead project teams and support personnel development across complex commercial construction projects.
• Oversee delivery excellence and best-practice implementation for projects and pursuits valued at $150M+ in aggregate.
• Manage project financial plans, status reporting, cost control, schedules, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare or review safety plans and monitor safety performance and schedule progress.
• Build client relationships and participate in business development, RFQ/RFP responses, and client interviews.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, unions, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP responses and participating in client interview processes.
• Experience leading preconstruction, including estimates, GMP proposals, general conditions, general requirements, constructability reviews, and target value control.
• Demonstrated ability to develop phasing plans and project schedules.
• Strong client development, relationship management, communication, leadership, and time management skills.
