Strategic Inventory Analyst, Professional II

Location: Holtsville, New York, United States. Hybrid schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and one additional agreed-upon day in the office.

Salary: $68,400–$102,600 annual, plus a target performance-based annual cash incentive equal to 5% of base pay.

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth inventory and supply chain data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage existing and newly developed Power BI reporting built on Google Cloud Platform.
• Support inventory optimization strategies, forecasting accuracy, and inventory performance visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain inventory policies and procedures.
• Apply continuous learning, including the use of AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in material planning or a related area.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel or Power BI.
• Understanding of data tables, joins, data organization, and reporting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts, including pull systems, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, accuracy, and multitasking skills.
