Senior Analyst, Inventory Control (Oracle/Power BI)

Location: Remote; ideal candidates should live in the Chicagoland area, United States

Salary: $78,600–$102,200 annually, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Manage warehouse inventory transactions, including receiving, shipping, repacking, kitting, cycle counts, adjustments, and OS&D processes.
• Reconcile internal inventory records with third-party logistics warehouse records and lead corrective action plans for errors.
• Manage inbound purchase orders, shipment confirmations, DRC transactions, and inventory reconciliation in Oracle.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, Distribution, Accounts Payable, co-manufacturers, and 3PL partners.
• Own supply chain reports and provide data-driven insights for operational oversight, profitability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Resolve three-way invoice match exceptions and support traceability and Quality Food Safety process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience with analytical and problem-solving responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of consumer-packaged goods, food manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

• Experience using AI and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity, automate tasks, and generate business insights.
