South Central Region Resources (Power/Industrial/Waste) Business Group Director

Location: South-Central United States, including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Applicants must reside within the region or be willing to relocate to an area within it.

What you will do

• Develop and lead Resources Business Group initiatives for the South-Central region.
• Build and maintain regional business development strategies, technical services, quality standards, production methods, and operating programs.
• Direct regional operations, including net fees, operating profit, utilization, workshare, loss prevention, and overall business performance.
• Collaborate with operations, project teams, market-sector leaders, and area leadership on client development, partnerships, and cross-business-group opportunities.
• Manage the regional budget, profitability, investments, claims, and leadership structure.
• Mentor Area Business Group Managers, support strategic hiring, and recruit key personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering, or closely related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional or engineering registration with related technical experience.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with regional, local-office, technical, and marketing leaders.
• Senior leadership experience in resources, operations, or the power, industrial, and waste sectors.
• Residence in the South-Central region or willingness to relocate within the region is required.
